Attendees: Councilmen Jeff Albrinck & John Ranz, Chief Niel Korte, Rec Director Dave Nichols, and resident Stiney Vonderhaar.
Meeting was called to order at 5:30 p.m.
Recreation
- A resolution to adopt a Bicycle and Pedestrian Master Plan will be on the July Council Meeting Agenda. Passing this non-binding resolution will help us apply for possible federal, state, and local grants. Jason Ramler from URS will give a brief 10 minute PowerPoint presentation summarizing Evendale’s Bicycle Master Plan.
Police
- Hiring process. We are down to five finalists. Chief Korte is extremely pleased with the quality of the finalists, and expects the final interviews with the hiring committee will take place in August.
Fire
- No agenda items this month.
A motion to adjourn was made by Mr. Ranz, seconded by Mr. Albrinck at 6:05 p.m.
